OPPORTUNITY
GHX was in the process of converting its Vendormate program to a more simplified user experience, and educating its customer base on the changes would be an important next step in the conversion. This required a series of helpful tools and materials, including an explainer video highlighting key changes and next steps for current and new vendors.

PROCESS
Knowing the program changes might come as a disruption to some of the program’s current users, I aimed to implement soft transitions, animated elements and a relaxing audio track to help eliminate any feelings of burden and simplify the changes for clearer understanding. Repeating angled chevron elements create a cohesive motif evocative of the larger GHX brand system, and the use of color helps differentiate the various audiences the video speaks to. Simple animations and illustrative elements were used to evoke the simplicity of the new program and its updates.
