OPPORTUNITY
After a series of COVID-era campaigns highlighting the importance of hand-washing with a lasting cleanser, this healthcare brand aimed to re-introduce itself to both the patient and clinician audience with a clean visual facelift and updated messaging. As a product that historically only existed in a highly clinical setting, the brand aimed to showcase its many benefits across a user spectrum. However, this came with the challenge of educating not just the end users, but the sales team itself.
PROCESS
I created a digital playbook and competitor analysis tool for the sales team to help guide their discussions with potential customers and equipped them with a series of leave-behinds and educational tools to help forward their message to clinicians and their patients.
Messaging Guide
With a new visual brand and the kickoff of a trusted product in a competitively dense market, the sales team needed a single source of truth for messaging, competitor analysis, and benefits of the product they were tasked with selling. This digital sales tool acted as a one-stop guide, with a clean aesthetic and easy-to-navigate interactivity to jump to important content.
