OPPORTUNITY
As a leading infrastructure company in the geogrid engineering industry, Tensar was looking to evolve its brand system and strategy to elevate the brand’s visuals toward leader-quadrant status. Beginning with a new brand system and brand guidelines, we overhauled the Tensar brand and created an all-new system with brand guidelines, supporting elements, example web and email designs, social media graphics, presentation templates, and an all-new messaging guide for their internal teams.

PROCESS
Tensar is known for its innovation in the geogrid space and is constantly looking toward what’s next—so, it seemed only natural that dynamic, forward-moving angles and lines helped visually guide the eye toward forward and upward. The angles used are evocative of the basic geometry found within the geogrids, which further tell the story of their engineering. I also created a visual style using macro photography to showcase all of the various types of ground that Tensar might cover across its verticals, and utilize their color palette and iconography to help further tell the story of their many areas of focus.

This new brand system came to life through example graphics spanning their new website, social media, email, presentation design, and ultimately, their new messaging doc for their internal teams to tell the new Tensar brand story.
